Delta Air Lines is meeting with potential flight attendant candidates in Nashville, Tennessee; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Orlando, Florida.
Delta recruiters and flight attendants will visit Tennessee, Minnesota and Florida this month to answer aspiring flight attendants’ questions about the role, lifestyle, travel opportunities, work schedules, application process and more.
At each information session in the metro areas of Nashville, Minneapolis and Orlando – the first time Delta has taken flight attendant hiring on the road – attendees can learn about the benefits and perks offered to our employees.
“This is a rare and unique opportunity for locals to engage with our team outside of Atlanta,” said Jennifer Martin, Managing Director – In Flight Service Customer Experience, Learning and Hiring. “As one of Glassdoor’s ‘Best Places to Work’, Delta is excited to showcase flight attendant career opportunities to top-tier applicants in their local communities.”
Delta plans to hire between 4,000-6,000 flight attendants in 2023 amid increasing customer demand. After operating at 85% capacity in 2022, Delta plans to fully restore the network in 2023 with a focused rebuilding of our higher yield core hubs, especially Atlanta.
