Samsung is re-opening the doors to Samsung 837 and welcoming consumers back to a transformed retail experience space with smart home inspiration around every corner. Located in the heart of New York City’s Meatpacking District, Samsung 837 will now offer a new way to preview the power of connected living with the chance to see, try and buy products in-store. With 72% of U.S. households owning at least one Samsung product and 25% of U.S. households owning three or more Samsung products,[1] Samsung is showing people how life can be easier, more enjoyable and productive when your tech is seamlessly working together.
“What makes Samsung special is our ability to offer an integrated portfolio of products and smart home solutions to help consumers take on life, work and wellness with ease, and that is exactly what Samsung 837 will do,” said Matthew Dean, SVP, Direct-to-Consumer Division, Samsung Electronics America. “Our home in the Meatpacking District will continue to be a place to celebrate and cultivate our communities, while also serving as a convenient shopping destination that showcases the power of connectivity.”
“Samsung has been leading the way in letting people experience the best a brand has to offer and now goes even further with the reopening of Samsung 837 and shoppable SmartThings Home, right here in The Meatpacking District,” said Jeffrey C. LeFrancois, Executive Director of the Meatpacking Business Improvement District. “Our unique retail collection accompanied by our cultural, dining and hospitality scene allows visitors to enjoy the neighborhood from day to night.”
New to the space is the first Samsung SmartThings Home in the U.S., which builds on the company’s vision for a more connected world laid out at CES 2023, where devices seamlessly work together, so you can focus on what matters most, like your loved ones, your space and the environment. With over 14 billion connected devices on the market, and an average of 22 connected devices in each U.S. household[2], Samsung 837 is designed to inspire people to unlock the connected life they aspire to have. Once inside, guests will be able to:
