U.S. Department of Transportation approves Delta and LATAM Joint Venture. The Joint Venture will allow passengers to access more than 300 destinations between the US/Canada and South America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay). The partners will deepen their level of cooperation in these markets with expanded route offerings, more and better connections and strengthening of codeshare routes and reciprocal loyalty benefits already in place. Winter 2022-2023: Air France to serve 171 destinations including 5 new routes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle

After a summer marked by strong demand for travel, Air France is continuing to reopen its global network. During the 2022-2023 winter season (November 2022 - March 2023), the airline will serve 171 destinations, including 86 long-haul and 85 short- and medium-haul. The company's entire fleet will be in operation and capacity levels across the network will be close to those of winter 2019. The end of the year will see the launch of Air France's new long-haul cabins. KLM: New restrictions at Schiphol lack perspective

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has announced that it will again drastically restrict the number of departing passengers this winter. This is simply unacceptable to KLM. Previously, airlines were required to reduce the number of local boarding passengers by 18% in the summer period through to the end of October. They have now been asked to implement reductions of up to 22% for the winter season, which lasts until the end of March. This hopeless situation, lacking any perspective, has been in effect since May. Schiphol has repeatedly called on KLM and other airlines, and hence our passengers, to resolve this persistent problem.
