Delta people earn over $500M in profit sharing

Since 2007, Delta has rewarded employees with industry-leading profit-sharing payments: more than $9.2 billion since 2010. Delta announced Friday that its 90,000 employees would again be honored and rewarded this Valentine's Day with meaningful profit sharing -- over $500 million -- for the first time since 2019. Those payments will hit employees' bank accounts on Feb. 14, also known as Employee Appreciation Day, and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments made possible by Delta people worldwide.
